The cost of my content strategy services is calculated on project basics and includes the time and effort it takes to complete individual tasks. The volume of your existing content and digital channels, the size of your business also affect the total budget of the project.

I develop strategies which are tailored to your business and include detailed audits, evaluations and research. That can take from two weeks to two months or longer for larger funeral directors.

Please note that I develop one strategy for one client at the time.

Content creation is the process of creating different forms and types of information which can be distributed through different digital channels in order to appeal to a target audience in a particular way. Content creation is an important part of any business model and marketing strategy.
Content creation in marketing or content marketing is the process of attracting and retaining a target audience through the creation and distribution of various types of content.
It’s an effective form of inbound marketing which provides relevant and useful information to your target audience. In doing so, you increase brand awareness and authority, build trust, create stronger client relationships etc. Content also gives your clients reasons to stay with your brand and keep coming back for more. The best part of content creation is that it continues to generate traffic and leads for as long as it stays online.

That depends on the type of content you require. Often shorter pieces take more time and effort to create than longer ones. Your content is one of your biggest assets and my services are designed to provide the maximum amount of value for you and your clients.

That depends on the volume, types of content and the amount of research that’s involved in its creation. As a guideline:

  • A blog post or an article takes one working day – that includes, research and planning, writing, editing and proofreading
  • Longer pieces of content such as an eBook usually take up to a month including topic research, chapters and contents planning, writing, editing, proofreading and formatting

Please note that I rarely agree to write single articles and blog posts.

You need to let me know that you are interested in my services using the contact form at the bottom of this page. I will reply to your request and ask for a convenient time to schedule a phone call for a quick discussion. After that, I will prepare a proposal with costs and delivery dates. You can suggest amendments as you see fit.

Once we are both happy with the proposal, I shall start work on the project after the successful transfer of the agreed deposit.

The time frames of individual projects depend on the size of the business, existing content and distribution channels involved. As a rough guide you can expect:

  • Two to three weeks for a small family-run funeral director
  • Four to eight weeks for a medium size business with a few branches
10 to 15 weeks for a national chain of funeral directors

Every project is different and sometimes a small family business with a large volume of content, demands more time and effort than a larger business with fewer pieces of existing content.

That depends on the size of the project. I charge a flat project fee with a 50% deposit to commission my services.
My process and workflow are designed for maximum client convenience. That means the majority of the work involved can and is normally done remotely with regular updates and check-ins via email, phone or Skype calls.
You don’t need to make any special preparations prior to our consultation. Initial market and audience research, content audit and evaluation happen remotely. I will email you a short list of questions and/or required information as and when needed or to help you prepare for key phone/Skype calls.
